⇨ As an employee, I feel happy and relieved to work at PT Indonesia Epson Industry, which is one of the world's largest manufacturers of computer printers, and information and imaging related equipment. This multinational company provides the best insurance facilities and benefits for employees such as transportation, BPJS health, attendance, sector 1 salary, shifting, lunch with various menus, pickups, annual bonuses, etc. Besides, the salary offered is quite high, it reaches Rp 7.5 million (above the minimum wage). Every day I work for about 8 hours with a break every 2.5 hours. These things motivate me and increase my enthusiasm. It also improves the economy and standard of living of the workers. Moreover, the company's efficiency and productivity will also absolutely continue to develop. By contrast, this well-known company has a rather tiring burden for me, especially the "fresh graduated" employees. Also, career development and communication between workers are very slow so that it can cause inaccuracies in the production process.
⇨ With an overall perspective, the location decision of the Epson Industry in Indonesia is arguably beneficial to the Indonesian economy. Epson has expanded employment in the country of Indonesia and enhanced the business segment in Indonesia by providing brilliant innovation, accuracy in performance, and expanding the limits of imagination. This multinational company has also deepened its efforts to serve the high growth of potential markets in various business segments. The company's technological development is also useful to improve and support people in different situations. But on the downside, Epson has an unfavorable effect on local companies because its expansion in Indonesia, rise its market shares.
